After serving as a real estate agent for years, I decided to specialize in property hunting and dedicate all my attentions to the buyer’s needs. After conducting a thorough interview to aseertain all your desiderata, my job consists of:

1. being YOUR personal consultant by sifting through the listings in the territory where you plan on purchasing a property and collaborating with local real estate agencies, private owners or builders;
2. visiting as many properties as possible that match your requirements;
3. selecting them for you;
4. accompanying you during the viewings of the ones you choose;
5. assisting you from A to Z, by obtaining a local tax code, opening a bank account, investigating your options for an eventual mortgage, recommending a surveyor, a notary and generally taking care of details during the contract and closing phases.

My aim is to eliminate the stress associated with a search by taking care of all the time consuming details.
